FACT CHECK: It was a Republican Congress that passed the law prohibiting sale of alcohol in places where there are pharmacies. You can thank YOUR party for the excessive government interference. Why did they pass the law? Because they were protecting our children.....it's so Republican, isn't it?

liquor laws are a state and local thing, Congress doesn't enact them.

I'm a Libertarian, my party hasn't enacted anything.

This is a no-brainer. Why they ever prohibited alcohol is beyond me.
