CNN's Top Ten Heroes Of 2009. Who's Your Favorite? (VIDEOS, POLL)

CNN's Anderson Cooper revealed the network's top ten CNN Heroes of 2009 on October 1. You can now vote for the CNN Hero of the Year, to be announced by Cooper on Thanksgiving Day.

Each of the individuals in the top ten will receive $25,000, and the ultimate winner will receive an additional $100,000.

Here are CNN's original stories on these remarkable people who are using their individual power to make huge differences in the world. Watch the videos here, then go to CNN and cast your vote on who should be CNN's Hero of the Year.

Jorge Munoz

Munoz runs a mobile soup kitchen in Queens and has delivered over 70,000 meals to hungry families since 2004. He's often referred to as The Angel Of Queens.
