Bloomberg.com:

"The odds are that we flatten out, even though earnings are doing very well," Greenspan said in an interview with Bloomberg Television, referring to the equity market. That flattening out will probably "put some sort of dull face" on the economy in 2010, he added.

The Prune Maestro's sense of shame has seemingly faded away quickly, for he's already making comments about the Economy, a field he generously demonstrated not to quite understand.

To make matters far worse, consider what the US government has actually done to fix the underlying problems? Nothing

good articles; http://iamned.blogspot.com

The government has put the same punch bowl out that got us into the mess in the first place. More debt and consumption and don't worry about paying it back. (Berbnanke= Greenspan II)

Mr. Greenspan, you were a joke when you were running the Fed. I think it's time for you to go away.

Alan Greenspan? I thought you was dead?
Yeah, I get that a lot.

Does anybody really care what this talking dinosaur has to say about anything? If he's so freaking smart, why did he not warn people last year about the collapse of the economy?

Duuuhhh...After participating in the fiasco of the last 8 years when the only new jobs were DOD contractors and Walmart and encouraging the use of the Home Equity loans to generate consumer demand and keeping the interest rates low to stimulate the Real Estate Bubble..

Who in their right mind would listen to one word that comes out of this man;s mouth?

Hey Greenspan didn't create this. You did. You let the Federal Reserve steal from you for 70-80 years and you all did nothing to stop it.

It is you who are culpable. He is just a front man for crooked banking.
