"I'm so texture-oriented, and the computer just takes it all away from you," she said after spending time with the site. Ms. Menard, who encourages clients to experiment with makeup using their own two hands, also wonders how they will be able to experiment using a mouse. "Take red lipstick," she said. "It's easy to put red on your lips using the computer. 'Click red here.' But you have to practice applying red lipstick. It's not just about clicking."

Most women know they have to touch the product and see the color on their own skin, before they purchase. i think this will only cause a lot of returns, if some women actually purchase online. We all know...what we see on thee computer screen is not the color that comes out of the printer or in the shipping box.
