What's Your Reaction?

After visiting Iraqi refugees in Syria to raise awareness of their plight, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie returned to Amman Jordan, where they were spotted at a local ice cream parlor, Licky Licious, with their 15-month old twins, Knox and Vivienne.

A fellow ice-cream goer saw the family, who posed for a photo, then tweeted it. Jolie got mango ice cream, Pitt got pecan and caramel.

The twins were first photographed in public at the Tokyo airport in January.

They look like two failed movie stars desperately trying to hang on to the limelight and deflect people from their failures. The latest being Brad Pitt pulling a Titanic on Weinstein studios. Mango ice cream in the middle of Syria with the hidden twins being revealed again. Brangelina photo op and publicity stunt that anyone can see a mile away. Ice cream and twins help people to forget about failure and Weinstein studios

Knowing that a movie star has the ear of our top military commander so frighten us all.

AJ wrote the opinion editorial. You may not like her words but her belief that our troops should remain in Iraq is clear.

Every poster should read her editorial. Even the most ardent of fans will be horrified.

Again, where in the world in Jolie's op-ed did you get the idea that she wanted our troops to stay in Iraq? I am sure you can read, but I think you and cinnamon are having a hard time comprehending the essence of the editorial piece she published. As a UNHCR ambassador, she is concern about the flight of the Iraqi refugees and how to help them return to Iraq and rebuild their lives. The op-ed is simply about that- addressing the humanitarian crisis in Iraq. Is your hatred the deep that you have lost comment sense?

below is the op-ed she wrote. cinnamon likes to post quotes with omitted words.

You are blinded by your Jolene infatuation and have lost all objectivity. The point of her article was clear: UStroops should stay to protect the Iraqis.

AJ never supported PresidentObama during his campaign because he was against the war.-Do you remember how RoseanneBarar ripped into her over that?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26267206/

Maybe Jolene will donate her French castle to the maimed troops? Now that would be great PR for her. AJ ~ are you listening?

No I think in this case, the Jolie-Pitt worshippers know how their idols never take a clear stance on anything. Jolie and Pitt never do because they wouldn't want to alienate people that might just go and see their movies. They are both experts in saying a lot but actually nothing at all. In a few days time Jolie or Pitt will release a statement saying the army should stay but also leave. Also she won't stand by her viewpoint that long as soon as things get sticky( like they did with the Burma refugees when Pitt needed an Asian cause to feel sorry for in order to promote his movie in Asia), they'll just pick some other random cause to attach their names to and jet off. Those poor refugees in Burma, the media told them their savior (Jolie) was coming but as soon as things got sticky Jolie was nowhere to be found and jetted off and forgot all about them as soon as was humanly possible

Maybe not a popular opinion, but saying these two are in jeapardy of losing their film careers...mwah ha ha ha ha This is Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
As for all the negative comments, I really don't understand why everyone hates them so much. They're WAY better than they used to be. I like them as a couple personally, and I think every one of their kids is beautiful. Their kids seem alot more down to earth than other celeb kids. They even wear hand-me-downs. Awesome!

They have no movie careers. What they have is PR. Good actors don't cause financial ruin for the studios that are investing in their films like Pitt just did with We in stein. This is deflection since he doesn't want anybody focussing too much on that. Their showmance, kids and charity for PR gets them roles. Their movie careers are really not that great

H@ters will go to such extremes to prove a point about a celebrity couple that none of us will ever know personally. The Jolie Pitt kids are cute, why blow that fact out of proportion?

As for foolishflagging, my own experience with HP accounts that are banned, banned accounts do not disappear right away. Banned accounts avatars are left with an empty picture for a good two days on your fan's page. If you delete your account on purpose, then you will remove all posts and information immediately. I know this, having experienced both. Pretty bad when some poster named bannedhappycat, wants to look like they were banned, just so other will feel bad for them as if they were treated unfairly. I hope the mods take notice of this poster here who attack others as if they were in a 3rd grade class while the teacher was out for five minutes.

His movie IB, just delivered the final blow to Wein stein stu dios. Thats why he is frantically trying to attach himself to the Sherlock Holmes franchise. He can now proudly claim to be box office and studio poison. Not many other celebrities have those accomplishments on their resume. Whenever the usually hidden twins are revealed, there is always a reason. Last time it was to deflect from TCCOBB doing very badly in the states and now he doesn't want the media focussing too much on the supposed hit movie that sunk its producing studio

Reply    Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 11:21 PM on 10/05/2009

Very interesting indeed! What is the latest on Pitt's status with the Sherlock Holmes' movie. I think that he is all wrong for the part of Moriarty, but he seems to get whatever part he wants.

Reply    Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 11:32 PM on 10/05/2009

That is a mystery to me. He is such an aged lousy actor with a hillbilly-accent. (No offense to mountain men!)

He sure is going through the money like water. The Brange private jet to their French castle cost $250,000 - one way! Their castle is up to $75 million in renovations. Is this a paired MJ in the making?

Thats the reason for all the "humanitarian" work and soundbites. To work on the producers of Sherlock Holmes after all who can say no to such a great "humanitarian". He desperately needs another movie like the Oceans franchise on his resume. A hit movie made by other quality actors that doesn't sink a studio or make low returns back. The studio will have to take into account that if they hire Pitt, they'll have to pay IGN, RT's parent company a few million to explain that when Pitt sounds like an alien in the midst of Englishmen, that its "supposed to sound that way". Same thing happened with IB, too much spent by Weinste in to cover up for Pitt

You are absolutely right. Jolene's movies have also tanked. Guess she's planning to make a fortune publishing her UN memoirs. If SarahPalin_ can receive a $7 million advance, anything is possible.

Still the way they burn through money - such a beyond lavish lifestyle.

And Best Oscar for almost convincing everybody that they are just a normal family having mango ice cream in the middle of Syria, since thats just what normal families do, as soon as they are done with making movies they book an appointment to see each other, make sure the camera men are around and go have ice cream in the middle of war torn countries and refugees. The Brangelina show gets more and more ridiculous as Jolie and Pitt get more and more desperate to hang on to their movie careers

By some sources, nearly one million Iraqis have died since our occupation there, not to mention the deaths of our soldiers, and you are arguing for the sake of argument.

And doesn't it kind of make you uncomfortable that a movie star is influencing policy in Iraq (if in fact she really is)?

OK, I can't take it anymore. Cinnamonlady, please punctuate normally and lose all the underscores, dashes, ill-placed periods, etc. It gets in the way of your message. I'm saying this after having read many of your comments. I agree the troops need to come home, but please! Your grammar is not working for me. Or is there some point I'm missing by your doing that? cinnamonlady. can you read or you just can't comprehend? did you learn in school how to properly quote a person? You omitted certain words purposely to achieve your slandering. she asked for help to address the humanitarian crisis. below is an excerpt from washington post

"In Baghdad, I spoke with Army Gen. David Petraeus about UNHCR's need for
security information and protection for its staff as they re-enter Iraq, and I am pleased that he has offered that support. General Petraeus also told me he would support new efforts to address the humanitarian crisis "to the maximum extent possible" -- which leaves me hopeful that more progress can be made. "
