Heck, I apologize to Russia, the Honduran coup leaders (I'm looking at the Republicans in the U.S.?), the conservative who stole the election in Mexico several years ago, Brazil's president or p.m., according to the environmental minister who resigned, all deserve mention. I agree with Niger. There is no way they can be "worse" than China, the US or Saudi Arabia. And, doesn't everyone know that the truly worst government on earth is Pakistan's?
