It is always interesting how the recipients of corrupt largesse at public expense never seem to recognise. Surely the government of France isn't going to say that a student who hasn't even finished their college degree is the best qualified person they could find to fill a very desirable position. Judged on action on actions and results, so gambling with hundreds of millions of francs of taxpayers money is 'A OK' with the inexperienced child of privilege. So is France sliding from egalitarianism back to monarchy and the privileged of birth or will the French public drive Sarkozy from office and put an end to the dynasty before it starts to make demands of royal privilege.

Big deal, Sarkozy is a politician. That's what politicians do.

Here, Voronin's son, Oleg, migrated from being a drunken playboy to the richest man in the country in only 8 years

this must be Sarkozy's version of Camelot lol He romanced his wife telling her he'd be JFK, she'd be Jackie. Now it's putting as many Sarkozy's in power!

He's demanding to be judged on his accomplishments, not his surname. This may be a tactical mistake.

This worked surprisingly well for Kings for a very long time....but seems to have worked far less well for companies and governments in the last few hundred years.

Highly likely it will prove a mistake for the boy and France.

As if appointing a "young boys " sex tourist as Minister of Culture wasn't bad enough.

Or maybe he got the job because he was very close to the Minister of Culture.
