Hillary Clinton shed her sharp collar for a meeting with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown on Sunday, instead choosing a jacket with a ruffled lapel and sleeves. She accessorized with matching earrings and a coil necklace.

Oh, Mty Gawd! I was laying awake at night ripping my pillow cases and gnashing my teeth in worry about whether Hillary would shed her usual collar and wear a ruffled collar when meeting the the UK biggies.

I am not sure about all the ruffles. But Hillary is a good sport, taking years of abuse over her hair and clothing and now generally coming out on top looking good. She seems to be doing a good job heading up the State department. She may be our first woman president.
