Last week's conviction of Boulder County serial killer Scott Lee Kimball came despite the prosecution not knowing how many victims Kimball had killed.

"I'd say the chances are 50-50," Boulder County District Attorney Stan Garnett said Friday. "Kimball is certainly capable of it -- he's said things to make you think he has, but we have no solid leads."

While Kimball plead guilty to two counts of second-degree murder, some confusion surrounds the other two. The remains of one victim, Jennifer Marcum, remain missing. Kimball also blames the FBI for "driving [him] into the extremely dangerous underworld in which [he and his] murdered victims" resided.
