First we spotted Suri Cruise strolling around Boston wearing high heels.. Now this weekend she's drinking coffee!? I didn't know she was 3 yrs old going on 30!

Lordy. It's probably a smoothie or hot chocolate and the "heels" are no big deal. The problem this kid has is that she is being raised in a wacky religion.
As for me, I was around cigarette smoke, wore my moms high heels, drank sweet tea and rode in between my parents in the front seat of the car going down the freeway 70 MPH and I'm ok. Not a doubt in my mind my parents adored me.

But, I do agree with you. We didn't wear helmets when we rode our bikes or roller skated. No seat belts in those cars either.
I have a few problems with this.
1. It was about 64 degrees in Boston that day, and that was the high. So in this picture its about 59 judging by the sun. I live in L.A. and my son wears a jacket as soon as it is below 70.
2. why is this a news story?
3. This could technically be considered child pornography. If someone was taking a picture of my kid, I would have a problem with that. Although, you have to blame the parents for putting her out there. This is all disturbing on many levels to me, and is further proof of our fall into the decadent past in human history. When we live in a world where people defend Roman Polanski, because he was a great artist, that is a sad world. Through the ogling and objectification of children we are pushing to an all time low.
I am having a hard time accepting this as news. I was merely trying to learn something. I have learned that we have truly reached Idiocracy. I feel dumber for commenting on this.

My daughter's favorite outfit when she was that age was her pink princess dress and wand with a huge black old lady hat that belonged to my great aunt Isabel. With that she wore 6 Flintstones band aids on each leg (even though she had no boo boos) and red jellies. Of course, we weren't famous so no one was outraged at her appearance. (that we know of)
I had a cup of apple juice yesterday.
So we went from being carried around all her life (wondered if she in fact could actually walk) to wearing high heels. Something just isn't right here.
Passing judgment on a three year old has ever been right.
this child is going to grow up as Creepy as both her parents. her parents dress her like a street-walker, she should be allowed to at least be a child first

my 3 year old grandaughter loves wearing heels too. Dress up is OK.. and starbucks label on a cup does not mean it is coffee inside. I am pretty sure Mama Crusie ordered soemthing appropraite for her little girl.
She's barelegged in a summer dress amidst a crowd where everyone, including her parents, are appropriately dressed for autumn.
