I'd ask my 6 year old daughter to read Palin's book to me because she would know the words and it might be good practice from that standpoint, but I wouldn't want to subject my daughter to that since it wouldn't be possible for her to build any comprehension skills.

Letterman has never had a sexual harrassment charge against him - ever. His studio employs more females than any other and many have been promoted without having a relationship with him. His affairs happened "before" his marriage. He was "dating" his wife now at the time, but they were not married. No matter what you think of him he had the honesty to get on TV and discuss a very private matter instead of letting someone blackmail him because he had money problems and was mad because Letterman had dated his girlfriend. Whether I like or dislike him or his show I admire him for his honesty in the matter, which is something that we rarely if ever see in men that have been caught in the same position. The skit on Palin is so-so as I frankly do not care for her because of her beliefs and cannot see how her book possibly hit #1. But I really think people need to drop remarks about his affair at work which is very very common. Most people work so much anymore that work is one of the only places they can meet anyone.
