You should see the dance of the machines here in winter cities such as Ottawa or Quebec City (Not Vancouver or Toronto).

It is absolutely incredible to watch as our cities unleash midnight armies with building sized machines to dance around and remove all the snow so we can all make it into work.

Shucks, I thought this article might give some new ideas. But it seems that some graft that usually only goes to airplane owners in the summer will be extended into the winter, as well...

Now we know who to blame for the Global Warming!

Tovarich.
They are becoming ' soft ' in Moskva.
Complaining about the little bit of snow they get each year.
My hometown of Jakutsk in the warehouse ( Siberia ) gets 4 or 5 times as much.
Besides, with Global Warming all of our weather misseries will be solved in a few years.
In the mean time, let us keep enjoying our Vodka and making love to increase our population.

Tovarich.
Every year I go back to Jakutsk in December for the Holidays ( I live in Leningrad ).
I would like to invite you to visit me ( all expences paid, of course ) to go hunting inSiberia.
It will be an unforgetable experience that will make a man out of you.
You will then be able to tell your grandchildren in the promised land that you went hunting and partying in Siberia with the great Boris of Jakutsk.

Oh, these are just the drunken ramblings of someone who’s just partaken of the debauchery that is, “Moscow’s Best Kept Yardâ€ceremony.

Why don't they just move Moscow to a warmer climate? Build a series of domes over the city?
02:19 PM on 10/17/2009
They have kind of done this in Minneapolis. During winter you can move around underground through a series of tunnels both in the Down Town area and at the University, which has a very large campus.
