Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, British Reality Star, Shows Her Nipples (PHOTOS)

British socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson chose a crotch and nipple grazing transparent dress for a party Wednesday night to celebrate the 300th edition of Tatler magazine.

Tara, 37, has close ties to the royal family: her father, Charles, is a former British Olympic skier who advised Prince Charles. She has appeared on 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! NOW!' and once replaced Victoria Beckham as the face of Walkers Crisps. That was in 2003, before her 400-pound-a-day cocaine habit led to the collapse and surgical rebuilding of her septum.

Apparently this outfit was chosen while completely sober; she claims she has been drug-free for years.
