TMZ has obtained audio of the Heene family's 9-11 call regarding the accidental release of their experimental hot air balloon, which they thought was carrying their son, Falcon.
In the beginning of the clip, a distraught Mayumi Heene, Falcon's mother, tells the dispatcher, "it's a flying saucer," to which the skeptical dispatcher replies "it's a fling saucer?"
Later, Richard Heene takes the phone. Fighting back tears, he confirms to the operator, "no, he doesn't know how to operate it."
