What's Your Reaction?

As part of the Entertainment Industry Foundation's week of volunteerism, Faith Hill has filmed a Public Service Announcement encouraging viewers to give back. In the Jesse Dylan-directed PSA, Hill says there are many ways to Create The Good, a reference to the AARP site where users can look up volunteer opportunities.

The Faith Hill spot is only one of many PSAs and network programs dedicating their week to encouraging public service. IMPACT will be following the shows that feature related storylines.

Faith is a beautiful spirit and is the better half of Tim for sure. That is the way it is supposed to be. People teaming up to pool their talents in service to others, but yet there is an element where one person can do more by doing less. In this case, I find charities I can contribute to financially which leaves me more time to research other avenues where I can better utilize my resources. Working smart and not hard is the best way to tackle homelessness, childrens programs, increase education, medical care, etc. You don't necessarily have to be on the front lines, headlines or front pages to have the impact of your endeavors work for others. Great job Faith in all things you do. BTW if you and Tim have a favorite charity and need some help, give me a call, I'm there. Have a great weekend.

Beautiful woman with a beautiful message.
Volunteering opens doors to kindness and caring, whether you are the giver or the receiver.

How come I'm only the third comment on this blog for "service?" Where is everybody?
I stopped to say that I have been shocked by how much money is donated to organizations that help dogs. I love dogs. But the dog charities get flooded with big bucks. Human charities even for children and others like the elderly struggle so much.

I think this is a common experience. Humans young and old need attention from those of us who can give some time or money or both.
Please check out volunteer opportunities in your communities.
You'll feel really good about helping out!

Faith, my love

Don't you realise that when conservatives lose the White House and Congress, things like serving your community and volunteering for good causes becomes EVIL?
