fascinating.

It confirms one aspect about the Taliban.

They are primarily Afghani men and boys who grew up in refugee camps and educated in Madrassas.

It also appears there will be no solution to the problems of Afghanistan without a solution to the Taliban in Pakistan. And I don't believe the Pakistan military's current offensive involves the Haqqani's.

So even if it is successful the Afghan problems will remain

While these fighters are obviously committed to their cause, they cannot see that bombing Mosques and marketplaces are not the way to gather people to their cause.

And that should be their ultimate downfall.
