The should be required to turn over their notes.
The *only* person that should have a shield law is an attorney for the defendant in a case. No priest, no reporter, no one else.

All on-the-record interviews and notes have already been turned over to the Prosecutor.

Asking for students grades and evaluations is not a credible or reasonable request.
It is harassment.
