There is a Chinese proverb: When gold speaks, truth falls silent.
I guess everyone is too busy placating the Chinese government's sensitive nerves to do honor to human rights and freedom of speech. Meanwhile, more Uighurs have been rounded up and their families have no idea what has become of them, but so long as the profits are protected, right?
