I'm a big fan of the concept of "unitasking" - multi-tasking leaves me doing a halfway job at a bunch of things rather than a great job at one. Thanks for this!
Yeah, I think I multitask way too much. Sometimes it's better to take a deep breath before jumping into a project or twelve. You end up being more efficient that way.
Really good tips. At least at morning or at night, we need some time to organize and look at the bigger picture!

I agree with JenniferML - between work, social media, daily life etc. we've all had to become multitasking pros.
All my jobs have required multi-tasking now it is just second nature to me, I think most younger people are used to multi-tasking because there are so many distractions these days.
My mom is an amazing multi-tasker and I think I picked it up from her. I couldn't imagine not being a multi-tasker. It's helped me out a lot!
Hmmm. I wouldn't be successful today if I hadn't multi-tasked all my life.
I am such a multi-tasker, I don't think I'll ever be able to change!
So true. I run in and out of the house when I rush grabbing things I forgot. I call it how I become late when I was on time as I headed to the door.
I used to walk and chew gum at the same time.
Then, I fell down a manhole because I was enjoying the gum so much that I didn't see it.
So now, I don't multi-task anymore.
