MLB commissioner Bud Selig stopped by the "Late Show" last night and discussed steroids with David Letterman. Selig defended the league's efforts to police steroids, boasting that Major League players had just "two positive tests" this year. When asked if he uses steroids, the commissioner responded: "If I am, they didn't work."
