Here's Noah Cyrus, Miley's 9-year-old sister, at a Halloween fundraiser last weekend. Surely her parents must realize that underage sexification will be hard to pass off as an innocent misstep.

At least Noah stayed away from the stripper pole this time.

I think it's very sad that our children today are brought up with so little direction as to what is what is acceptable and what is not acceptable regarding their wardrobe, the company they keep, age appropriateness...the list goes on and on...The sad part is, eventually, they do have to deal with society on society's terms and then they are in for a very rude awakening...The parents could spare them by being better role models and parenting instead of trying to be their best friends...Guidance People.
