How do you question Duncan's effectiveness? It's obvious. He was terrible. There is no question about it. CPS is a disaster and Duncan received a promotion. It goes to show you that if you are in government and you are a failure, you get promoted.

True. The CPS as a whole, is doing a terrible job,and marble mouth Arne was in charge for eight years!
