Soda ruined my teeth and made me fat. I haven't been drinking it for 12 years but the damage was done.

I seem to remember a study some years ago in which the doctors involved were asked to pick one food (or drink) that was doing the most harm to our overall health. 8 out of 10 said that soda was by far the most detrimental to our health, regular or diet.
