Carla Bruni And Sister Attend Venice Concert In Trench Coats (PHOTOS)

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy attended a concert in Venice on Tuesday night to commemorate the donation of Alberto Bruni-Tedeschi's musical archives to the Fondation Giorgio Cini. Bruni-Tedeschi (who died in 1996) was an industrialist and composer born in Turin who later married Italian concert pianist Marisa Borini. His archives contain a diverse range of manuscript and recordings.

At the event, the orchestra and choir performed an interpretation of "Messe pour la mission de Nyondo," which Bruni-Tedeschi wrote after returning from a trip to Africa. It was first played in Hamburg in 1953.

Carla was accompanied by her mother and her sister, actress Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi. Both Bruni sisters wore big sunglasses and seasonal trench coats:
