I'm reminded of Angelina Jolie who first turned her back on her father before she ws able to heal. I'm also reminded of Robert Downey Junior who candidly traces the genetic link to his own addictive behavior to his father. Makes you wonder what side of the family Lindsay takes after.

God is who hypocrites use as an excuse for their own lame judgment. Lohan has no one to blame but her own poor judgment and it is probably not unreasonable to look at her lame ass father and wonder is he isn't at least partly at fault for his daughter's lack of it. In case, Lohan's father needs reminding, according to Michale Lohan's religion, God gave humanity free will and that's what Miss Lohan is exercising...free will. And she's making lots of poor decisions.

Dad's are supposed to helpful and supportive, but he doesn't sound like that is what he is up to. I don't like to see kids blame their problems on their parents, but in this case, it sounds as if there might be some justification.

I agree. With a father like this the young lady does not need enemies...He suffices...in a sickening depraved way.
Fathers dont DO these kinds of things to their daughters.

Britney Spears father took ACTION and he did NOT go to the public to tell tales. He took court action to seek help for his daughter.

Michael Lohan on the other side of that coin is downright self centered and is only trying to draw attention to himself, using his daughter's distress as a paparazzi magnet so he can get stories with his name in it.

If I were his daughter, I would file for a restraining order and find some way to legally get him to shut his mouth. Then I'd move far away from family and seek professional help to get through the difficult time...

Her father is TOXIC to his whole family.
The mother isnt much better.
