We found that the spice Basil was causing upset stomachs and interferring with our sleep.

We just stopped using it so much and we sleep better.

Next to Healthcare reform, advocating sleep, and lots of it, seems to be high on Huffinton Post's political agenda. I personally couldn't agree more. A good nights sleep can change your whole perspective on life a lot quicker than a bottle of prozac. I am once again posting this link for those interested. This really does work better than pharmaceuticals and this is the scientific evidence to prove it.
