SUPERMODEL Gemma Ward, the butt of attacks on an international fashion website for gaining weight, has revealed through her agent that she has no plans to return to her glittering career.

Celebrating her 22nd birthday in New York last week, Ward was photographed alongside close friend and Sports Illustrated swimwear model, Jessica Gomes.

She's got a budding acting career and I hear has some actual talent (haven't seen her work myself, just what others I know have said). Hopefully she'll continue to do well in that arena.
