Laffit Pincay Jr: The Half-Peanut Diet
Pincay, a retired jockey who won the 1984 Kentucky Derby, was so meticulous about his eating that he was known to limit himself to just half of one peanut. In the twilight of his career, Pincay adopted an 850-calorie diet to maintain a riding weight of 117 pounds.
