That was interesting it was a nice attempt by Colbert to defuse a book that can be thought of as inflammatory in nature and still throw some comedy in it.

You know, I never thought of it that way, but maybe you're right.
Sometimes when Colbert interrupts his guests to be funny, it does drive me nuts - but maybe this was needed last night, like the Muslim Pope. lol
But that also made me wonder if that got anyone upset. lol
