Assuming the photos are not altered, they're clearly implants. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Why in the world did she plump up her lips? She ruined her look just like Meg Ryan ruined hers. I didn't realize how different you could look with a change in the lips. Both were always pretty but ruined it.

I wish someone would do a PSA promoting breastfeeding using the visual of milk filled boobies. It might reach the target audience better.Get young people's attention by showing them what breast look like when lactating (which might make young men more likely to pressure their partners to breastfeed haha) then talk about all the other advantages to the mom - weight loss, cancer prevention, less work etc, and babies stronger immunity, better brain developement, etc. The comments on this article demonstrate how little people know even about what lactation looks like. It would only follow logic that many people don't know all the advantages.
There should really be a third choice in the poll that says, "...trying too hard".
