College Humor's Prank War Goes Aerial (VIDEO)

You know it's fun to watch friends pull pranks on each other, but it's even more fun to watch well-funded comedians do it. In the eighth video of College Humor's ongoing "prank war," Amir puts it into high gear when he convinces a skydiving instructor to tell Streeter his parachute is broken. What ensues is better than any Punk'd-ing you've ever seen.

This one was a bit too much... I have watched the series of pranks it seems that Amir is more venegful with an intend to inflict some sort of harm... I hope this one ends it before Amir inflicts more harm to Streeter...

Streeter's $500,000.00 half court shot was genuis and did no harm to Amir... Amir should take a lesson on how to actually pull a prank...

I don't think pranks are usually very funny at all.
Pranksters are often very poor sports themselves.
I knew one who thought it was funny to let the air out everyone's tires.
And he used to call women and say very scary things.
I wonder what ever happened to that jerk!

FIRE THE INSTRUCTOR
The skydiving profession is tightly regulated for obvious reasons. Every certified instructor has to undergo rigorous testing before they are permitted to conduct tandem jumps. Each certified instructor is required to conform to standards of behavior not unlike airline pilots.

What this instructor did would be the equivalent of a commercial pilot nosediving his jet to terrify his passengers as a joke. That pilot would never be allowed to fly again. Nor should this skydiver ever be allowed to instruct again.

These things affect everyone in a very insidious way. What passes for entertainment today is borderline insane. It started way back with
" America's Funniest Home Videos". How funny is it to see some poor guy get hit in the nads with a bat, or someone crash into a wall head first, etc.
This kind of "entertainment" has done more harm than good. It desensitizes us to pain and suffering, starting with the most impressionable among us, children.
We are incubating some really scary people in that box called TV. Gives yet another spin to the saying "We're entertaining ourselves to death"

AXE, huh? thanks. Now I know what product to not buy for anyone, ever. I'm glad nobody was hurt, but I have to agree with some of the other posters that this was malicious and vindictive, and possibly illegal and life-threatening.
