We house every kind of criminal in our prison system now including terrorist. Republicans are such hypocrites on this issue as they are on others.

This is clearly bad decision making. As Illinois loses jobs and population by the thousands, we are talking about importing the Gitmo Group.

Federal prisons bring money with them. The people who work at them get paid and frequent local businesses. And until we start shipping domestic terrorists offshore, there's no real reason why we can't house Gitmo guys on US soil.
