If the military trials are so easy to do and convict then how come the Bush administration failed do so in seven years. Osama Bin Laden's driver was tried in GitMo and he was let go with time served............. NY has 100% success in trying terrorists...... Gitmo has .05%... and the question is ????

Quickly, what does Governor Paterson have in common with American justice?

They're both blind.

HEY-O!

Gov. Patterson, please go some where and sit down! I had such high hopes for you, but, now, you're really starting to get on my nerves.

Paterson is wrong....again. The fear-mongering won't save his job, he is done. I wish he'd conduct himself with some dignity.

Agreed. I'm quite sick of all the politicians piping in on this one, as if their opinion is the slightest bit relevant.

This may be the first time in the last 50 years that Paterson was right about anything.

Even a blind man can see what a horrible idea it is to try these people in a US court, with ALL the
rights and privliges of an American citizen under the US Constitution. This trial is a train wreck waiting to happen. A few slick lawyers (as in the OJ Simpson trail), manipulating justice, getting evidence thrown out because no Miranda Rights were read, no legel search warrants, no lawyer present when he confessed, etc. "if it doesn't fit, you must acquit"...Do we really what this possiblity to happen? Try them
in a military court, where it should be.

Read the 14th amendment and how it has evolved.

By the time the trial takes place in 2011, David will be out of office.
