Yes, I am so sure, he is sorry, so very very sorry, just like my siblings and I were sorry, so very sorrry, every time we got caught taking cookies from the cookie jar. We always promised never, ever to do it again.

Once again, Obama fails to make progress with anything. All this traveling is a waste of tax payer dollars and never brings any resolution. We need less free trade and more manufacturing in America.

Meanwhile, wall street makes record revenues and profits while unemployment shows no signs of abating. What a joke.

An apology is worthless. As they are back to the business as usual, how many people does he really think are going to listen and believe his words. Pay back all the outstanding loans (secret - back door loans from the FED) and then try again....opps, that may actually cost them something...Nevermind!

That's like using a garden hose on a forest fire. Meanwhile they are paying out $17B in bonuses.

Give the guy a break - he apologized!

Of course, most criminals apologize from behind bars right before the sentencing hearing ...

So.........is it just me, or does "participated in things that were clearly wrong" another way of saying, "we broke the law?". If that is the case, what is the DOJ waiting on? go arrest him or investigate something. WTF!?!?

While Obama said he wanted to look forward all he is getting is trouble from the right presently who will only attack him consistently and harshly in the future and will always look back at him as a reminder of how much better they think they are than him while corrupting government fully again if they ever make it into political prominence far away from now.

Way too little way too late: take back the bonuses and show us how sorry all of you are. ...avtually we know how sorry you guys are...the sorriest bunch you crooks around!

Actions are better than words.

Why not take Goldman's money and pay back the taxpayers with it rather than staff and shareholders.

Set up some health care clinics around the country.

Do something with your record profits, other than gift yourselves.

Now that would impress ME! Atone for those sins.

Yeah, like permanent hundred billion$ or so per year (adjusted for inflation, for it most assuredly will get here) to fund a real health insurance public option---current proposed bills would have to be rewritten for REAL public option. Voila! From pig to hero! Helps Obama, helps the dems, helps the people!
