In light of Titans owner Bud Adams receiving a $250,000 fine for giving the finger to fans at Sunday's Bills-Titans game, David Letterman explored NFL ownership last night with his top ten list, "Signs Your NFL Team Owner Is Nuts." The list includes "Pre-game pep talk asks team to lose by more than seven-and-a-half" and "Team plays in North Carolina, builds new stadium in North Dakota." Check out the full list below.
