and by "young adults" you mean thirteen year old girls? Who decided these terms should correllate? I don't think we should call a person an "adult" of any kind until they can sign a legal contract.
On another note, this somehow, despite the complete incoherence, managed to be the smartest thing Miley's said all year.
I think the movies and books are selling regardless. No tactic necessary. And who cares who Miley thinks! The suggestive pole dance was the last straw as far as I'm concern.

I would have had the same exact reaction when I was her age. I was way too busy reading the good stuff - Henry Miller, D. H. Lawrence, Kate Chopin, etc. etc. Now that I'm a 30-something, though, I can't seem to get enough of the Twilight tripe. IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU, MILEY!
