In what has to be one of HOH's favorite sightings since the time that former Sen. Joseph Biden (D-Del.) browsed Victoria's Secret, an HOH tipster reported seeing none other than Sen. David Vitter wandering around the lingerie department of the downtown Filene's Basement on Saturday.
