Ted Haggard's Wife Submits Excerpts From Book "Why I Stayed: The Choices I Made in My Darkest Hour" To Springs Paper

Gayle Haggard is about to have her say on the 2006 sex scandal that led her husband, Ted, to resign as head of New Life Church in Colorado Springs.

Her book, "Why I Stayed: The Choices I Made in My Darkest Hour," will be released Jan. 26.

While her publisher isn't allowing her to grant interviews until January, we received a preview of the book, which was co-written by Angela Hunt.
