International Robot Exhibition 2009: AMAZING New Robots On Display (PHOTOS)

Tokyo's 2009 International Robot Exhibition brought together hundreds of robot companies and institutes to show off their latest and greatest robot technology.

From humanoid robots and dancing samurai, to cardboard-clad eco-bots and robotic receptionists, the mechanical creations on display at the 2009 IREX "robot festival" were fun and functional, exciting and inspiring -- and absolutely worth a look.
