Bryant Park Preps For Its Final Fashion Week

The final fashion week at Bryant Park could be a record-breaking seven days, Ruth Finley, founder of The Fashion Calendar, told WWD. Finley predicts that the number of shows this February should either meet or beat last season's 299 runway shows and presentations.

But what can we expect next fall?

Come September, the fashion crowd will have to travel to Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center, currently the site of the Big Apple Circus. It is bound to be quite a trek to 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, but Lincoln Center has already made strategic moves to make the fashion crowd feel right at home. Next month, Vogue alum Stephanie Winston Wolkoff will start in her new role as Lincoln Center's director, fashion week.
