George Clooney's girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, has stripped down to a garter belt thong for the cover of German FHM. Below are pictures of Canalis, 31, wearing far less than she did to meet Clooney's mom at the LA premiere of his movie 'Up in the Air' a couple of days ago.

The television host has modeled in her native Italy and may be landing more magazine covers if her high-profile relationship continues.
