Paris's 'Improper Food' Movement Includes Raw Horse Meat, Butterfat, Rotten Cheese (VIDEO)

Here's a story that's NSFL (Not Safe For Lunch). Some creative cooks in Paris have come up with potentially the most nauseating culinary movement yet: Improper Food. Raw horse meat, butterfat and rotten cheese take center stage on this trendy menu. One chef insisted, "It's delicious...people should talk about it less and just eat it instead." And a customer more or less agreed, saying, "You should taste it, rather than smell it."
