Saturday night's Bulls-Raptors game included a bizarre moment when a ballcarrier paused to tie his shoes and was left uninterrupted. With seconds remaining in the third quarter, Toronto held a dominant 85-58 lead over Chicago. Raptors guard Jarrett Jack had possession of the ball and took a moment to bend over and tie his right shoe. While the ball sat precariously between his right arm and torso, none of the Bulls defenders made any attempt to strip the ball away from Jack. Once he finished lacing up the shoe, Jack dribbled the ball briefly before firing off an unsuccessful shot.
The Bulls' listless defense on the play was emblematic of their overall performance, as they went on to lose 110-78. Jack finished with six points and nine assists in the Raptors win.
