French Cheeses Get A Pin-Up Girl Calendar (VIDEO)

A group of beautiful French cheese fans, nicknamed the "Fromage Girls," posed for a pin-up calendar that uses sex to sell regional French cheeses.

The brain child of the Association of Traditional French Cheese Makers, the project, according to a Reuters video report, "strives to smash the unflattering stereotype of the frumpy French farm wife."

Local cheese makers support the calendar initiative, saying it brings customers directly to the manufacturers instead of going through a big distributor.
