Miss'd America Pageant: Drag Queen Competition To Return To Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — It's time to start dusting off those feather boas.

The Miss'd America Pageant will return to Atlantic City after a five year hiatus.

The drag queen beauty pageant and charity fundraiser was created as a spoof of the Miss America Pageant, which has since left the city.

The pageant raised an estimated $250,000 for the AIDS Alliance from 1992 to 2004.

The new Miss'd America Pageant will take place on Jan. 31 at Boardwalk Hall.
