A report this week alluded to a Newport Beach condominium in Tiger Woods' real estate portfolio. We tracked down a condo in Corona del Mar and chatted up a few neighbors.

The condo is on Ocean Boulevard, overlooking Newport Harbor and beyond. It was purchased in April 2004 for $3 million.
