Bernie Kerik's Shocking Weight Loss Photos

A whole lot less of Bernie Kerik will be reporting to prison next year.

Kerik appears to be a shell of his former self in new pictures he put on his Facebook page.

The former New York City Police Commissioner and one-time candidate for Homeland Security chief was convicted of eight felonies including lying on tax returns and government applications.

A judge will decide Kerik's sentence on February 18th.

Bernie Kerik is posing like they wore it out in prison!

When Rudy goes, his lisp will be a crowd pleaser.

Apparently, I could use a little stint in jail, myself. The waistband is getting a little tight.

Looks like he lost some weight, good for him. Why is that shocking? Appears to have lost 20-30lbs. What's the big deal? It's not like he's a stick figure in this picture.

Being a felon can do that to you.

And think if Bush and Guiliani had their way he'd have run the Dept of Homeland Security. That would've made Bush's 'Helluva-Job-Brownie' FEMA appointment look sane.

He managed to accumulate all kind of awards, medals etc on his job as a beat cop, and is credited with improving the quality of police work wherever he went. Angel?...H3ll no, I wouldn't even venture. From I have read his downfall started as soon as he attempted play above his strictly police work...The media pileup in his case was as disgusting as always . I'd say in light of his earlier accomplishments the judge will do well to chop his effective sentence way down. Corruption fight is a OK but there have to be bigger fish to fry than a former beat cop in the sunset of his everything.

Many of the comments here embrace the cruel sentiments of homo-erotic punishment and other urges for revenge. In light of the man's crimes it is understandable that many cannot resist such urges, but being sentenced for a crime should not entail punishments beyond the civil confinement to which one is sentenced. Incarceration is not a ticket to abuse or brutality in a civilized society. The man is already doing time as he awaits his sentence and he will live a stress filled life from now on, until he is finished doing time. If people have not approved of the torture at Gitmo, they ought to hesitate before calling for abuse here in America.

He is not doing any time,he is living at home until sentencing day.

He deserve to be punished harder,he was a law enforcement officer, almost
homeland security director, police commissioner of New York,he do not deserve
a iota of compassion.He is a criminal.
