Claudia Schiffer Reportedly Received 'Special Treatment' On Stranded Eurostar

As 2,000 passengers were trapped aboard five Eurostar trains in the Channel Tunnel on Friday, one special passenger was given the star treatment, others claim. Supermodel Claudia Schiffer, who regularly takes the train between Paris and London, reportedly got off at the Folkestone station, but the rest of the passengers had to remain on board.

From the Telegraph UK:

Gregoire Sentilhes, from Paris, who was travelling on Eurostar with his wife and three children to spend the weekend in London, said: "Claudia Schiffer was also on the train but a car came right by the train to pick her up from the entrance to the tunnel.

"Nothing for the other 2,000 people though."

Eurostar Chief Executive Richard Brown said he was unable to confirm the allegations because Schiffer travels anonymously.
