Abercrombie, Hollister Sued By Colorado Disabled Group

Advocates for the disabled are arguing in lawsuits across the country that Abercrombie & Fitch and J.M. Hollister stores, which cater to a hip, young clientele, are decidedly unfriendly to the disabled.

The Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition recently became the latest to file a federal lawsuit accusing the clothing retailers of limiting access for customers in wheelchairs.
