On Monday, Gosselin's attorney Mark Jay Heller told RadarOnline.com, "Hailey Glassman is going to jail, it's as simple as that." Now Glassman's camp -- who called the incident a publicity stunt -- is firing back.

"For an attorney to go out there and say someone's going to jail when they're not even arrested -- that's just irresponsible," Glassman' lawyer Stephanie Ovadia tells PEOPLE. "That is the most ludicrous, ridiculous, unnecessary statement I have ever in my life heard."

These two weren't even married and there are attorneys already involved in their lives. He did/She did....wonder who's going to win??

I can see this case getting thrown out of court if it ever reaches that stage.

So sad about this man. The money and the faux-fame is destroying his life. His poor kids too. Kate seems to be doing alright though. Thank goodness.

Kate may come across as prickly and domineering; but she will be just fine. Her boy-man ex, on the other hand, will rue the day he embraced his faux fame. He should just change his name right now to Broke Loser.

I saw Kate as co-host on the View. She was sitting with her back hunched and she did not look comfortable at all. I don't think she has a lot of self-confidence despite her demeanour on the Jon & Kate show.
